Letter from a Happy Catering Client:

"Thank you so much for all your work -- the food was not only delicious and gorgeous, but it was a BIG hit! Everyone enjoyed all of it, but the #1 favorite was the spring rolls....they all went during the afternoon. There were two left when Becca's mother and I were putting food away...she went to get a baggie and when she came back, they were gone! The brie was to die for and everyone tucked right into that, with several comments that they had never had it with the chutney, just plain, and there was only a small piece of that left. The lobster went quickly, and the couscous salad reaped many favorable comments as well. The seven layer dip was one of my favorites and not much of that survived either. The chicken was also one of my favorite as well as several other people, and there were leftovers that went quickly last night. We had the leftovers last night and again for lunch today, and I will be having them tonight. =] Good planning on my part (and several people left with a sandwich in hand)! I gave you full and enthusiastic credit, and I think if any of these folks lived closer, you would have some new clients! Oh yes, everyone loved the name of your restaurant too. =]"
