Owner/ cook, M-J Bailey is an artist in the kitchen..but don't call her a chef. She's emphatic about being called a cook. She and one other cook put out an exhaustive array of inspired dishes that change daily to meet what M-J finds in the market. Check out offerings on the Menu Tab. Most memorable: Fall in Love with Maine, Southern Hospitality, Congo Bar Flapjacks and Fried Tomato Benedict. Don't forget the grits: cheddar and bacon, sweet potato or smothered in fresh cream butter. Whatever floats your grits!
Six days a week, Tuesday – Sunday, THE STOLEN MENU CAFE serves up the freshest, most creative breakfast and lunch menu on the Southern Maine-New Hampshire coast. If you can't eat-in, take out from the freshly stocked deli and bakery. Catering is available and in demand. Everything is made on the premises. Fresh of course!
